Edward Fleming is the founder and President at Wall Street Exchange. He is responsible for business development and overseeing recruitment needs for all U.S. clients.
Prior to starting Wall Street Exchange, Fleming spent several years with a global search firm headquartered in NYC. It was in NYC that he established a firm foothold of the financial industry while building valuable relationships with many of Wall Street's prestigious firms.
Fleming works with clients and candidates to provide solid, longstanding and productive relationships. He believes in a detailed prescreening process to present only top quality candidates to clients. These candidates assist in building many of the world's most successful financial firms.
Prior to recruiting, Fleming worked within the financial industry performing financial and estate planning services. Fleming holds a BS degree in Business Economics.
